Seriously, this has got to be the shortest semester I've gone through yet... I have no idea what the heck happened that made things speed up this much, but chances are the fact that I've been receiving no solid input from my studies and having too much free time has a lot to do with it... lol

But the past few weeks have been rather hectic for me nevertheless... a whole lot's been going on and it's FRIGGIN ANNOYING. A short list of select miseries and thrills to let you have a rough picture of my recent chaotic state:

1. Falling out of a relationship. Obviously, I won't be posting who, for what reason, due to what difficulties, dumped me within less than a week after asking me out, though I honestly feel, with all due respect, that I have a right to feel angry at this person's irresponsible words and actions. But surprisingly I don't... just a bit bewildered at how things have a way of turning out for the worse at the height of delight. Guess I'll have to be more careful about who to trust next time, eh~?

2. Getting to know some dark secrets... regarding people around me, people I thought I knew. I really must confess, after witnessing all these raging tides of jealousy and conflict, humans are truly characteristically diverse enough to embody even the cruelest of intentions. Sick. Saying anymore would probably invite unnecessary suspicion, and my~ would I ever dare to break the delicate balance so deliberately fabricated?

3. The World Ends With You. SQUARE ENIX EFF YOU AND YOUR AWESOME GAME THANKS TO YOU OVER 50 HOURS OF SLEEP TIME HAS BEEN LOST IN THAT GAME LOL. But seriously, the game is an absolute must-have for all you DS owners out there- intriguing plot, innovative gameplay, tons of hidden elements and collectibles are all sure to keep this game glued to your hands for hours at a time. It sure did for me... =3=;

4. Aria final voyage published. Wow... after all these years, my all time favorite manga has finally come to an end... and an adequately profound one at that. "Life goes on, and always for the better- if you seek for it with all your heart," is probably the biggest moral Kozue is trying to communicate to us readers, and truly, why not? Why hate and envy and scheme despicable ploys against others when you've never even tried to open up and understand empathetically how others think and feel? It's a beautiful world, but we often overlook the simplicity in this statement and take it for granted that it's Utopia crap... wake up ppl~!! The world is not beautiful, therefore it is! (to quote Kino's Journey this time XD)

Yep... a lot of contradicting sensations all going on at once in a very short period of time force my mind to the edge of breakdown. Sometimes scorchingly painful, sometimes rapturously joyful... that's life, I guess, just one big pot of mystery soup with every imaginable flavor, always offering at random different sensations to different people...
